the interest of maintaining an association, follow” (BDAG, 964).

the seven spirits of God and the seven stars.
“ ‘I know your works. You have the
reputation of being alive, but you are
dead. 2 Wake up, and strengthen what
remains and is about to die, for I have not found your works complete in the
sight of my God. 3 Remember, then, what you received and heard.
Keep it, and repent. If you will not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what
hour I will come against you. 4 Yet
you have still a few names in Sardis, people who have not soiled their garments, and they will walk
with me in white, for they are worthy. 5 The one who conquers will be clothed thus in
white garments, and I will never blot
his name out of the book of life. I will confess his name before my Father and
before his angels. 6 He who has an ear, let him hear what the
Spirit says to the churches.’”
In Revelation 19:13, in what is The Word of God
clothed?

dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God” (Revelation 19:13).
Abba Father,
Your grace is extravagant and
abounding, capturing and transforming sinners from naked slaves to heirs of
God through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. Clothed in Christ, the redeemed are forgiven of all sin. Redeemed not with silver or gold, but by the precious, powerful blood of Your Son, You reconciled us to Yourself in peace and love. You clothed us in Christ, covering our nakedness with His perfect righteousness
and glory. Clothed in Christ, You cleansed us of all iniquity, removed our sin, and set us free to follow
Jesus. Clothed in Christ, we are no longer slaves of sin but blessed servants
of righteousness. Clothed in Christ, we are given the right to be called Your
children, co-heirs with Christ, and invited to boldly approach Your throne of majesty and glory with
confidence. Clothed in Christ, we rejoice in the assurance that You have
reconciled us to Yourself in everlasting peace and love by Your grace through faith alone in Jesus. Clothed in Christ, we are known by You and are clothed with power
from on high to make You and Jesus known . Clothed in Christ, we are a new creation,
created in Christ Jesus to do the good work that You prepared us in advance to
do. Clothed in Christ, we rejoice in the knowledge and wisdom of You and of
Jesus. Clothed in Christ, we wait wisely and alertly in the blessed hope of
Jesus’ appearing. Clothed in Christ, we rejoice in
grace upon grace. Clothed in Christ, we call to You, Abba Father, with
confidence that You hear and heed our cries. Glory and thanks to You for the
glorious riches that are in Christ Jesus our Lord. Blessed and powerful is Your beautiful Name.
In Jesus’ Name I pray, Amen.
